The following are automatic disqualifiers. Applicants should not apply if they indicate any of the following:

• Adult misdemeanor convictions will be carefully reviewed

• Been convicted of any crime under a domestic violence statute
• Falsified his or her application or any other forms during hiring process
• Juvenile felony convictions will be carefully reviewed
• Lied during any stage of the hiring process
• Unlawful sexual misconduct
• User or provider of medical marijuana
