Required Documents to Enforce a Canadian Protection Order (RCW 26.55)

The following persons may seek the Court to issue an order granting recognition and enforcement of a Canadian domestic protection order, or may see the Court to issue an order denying recognition and enforcement of a Canadian domestic protection order:

  • A protected individual
  • A person authorized by the law of the State of Washington who would like to seek enforcement of a domestic protection order
  • A respondent
