Public Hearing/Continued/Closed to Further Public Testimony: Consider Vacation of Depot Road, County Road No. 20020, from MilePost 0.00 to MilePost 0.19
VII. (1:45): CONSENT AGENDA:
1) Scheduling of a bid opening at 1:30 PM on Monday, August 19, 2002 for the purchase of one (1) Class 8 Truck/Low boy trailer;
2) WSDOT Settlement Agreement No. 1, Federal Aid Project No. STPX-2020 (028), Agreement No. LA 2704, CFDA No. 20.205, Depot/Cove Roads;
3) CTED Planning Only Grant Program Contract NO. 02-64002-035 for partial funding of Phase I of the Klickitat wastewater treatment plan project;
4) Resolution correcting Resolution #17502 which removed an expenditure increase for Adult Probation but failed to adjust corresponding revenue;
5) Recommendation for award of bid to insulate and enclose the walls of the poultry building at the Fairgrounds;
6) Department of Ecology Letter Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. G0200262, Dallesport Wastewater Facilities Project redistributing costs among budget elements;
7) Resolution adopting departmental organizational chart for the Public Health Department adding the job description for the Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist position and adding a Program Technician Secretary;
8) Scheduling of a public hearing for 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 3, 2002 to consider a petition to change the name of Pothole Road, County Road No. 25860, to Knight road;
9) Resolution in the matter of improvement to Tom Miller Road, CRP#227, Road Program No. 17 by constructing a treated base and seal coat to approve an appropriation of $75,000;
10) Klickitat County Right-of-Way Acquisition Policy the intent of which is to provide a step by step procedure for county personnel to follow in acquisition of new (additional) right of way.
