Mission Statement & GoalsIt is the mission of Klickitat County Senior Services (KCSS) to provide services to enhance the autonomy and independence of the Elderly and other adults, whatever their present level of functioning may be.Goals It is our goal for all of those served by KCSS to be involved in making the decisions that affect their lives, to the maximum extent possible. For frail seniors and disabled adults KCSS will provide services that help prevent premature institutionalization and allow for maximum independence. For healthy and independent seniors KCSS will offer activities and services designed to prolong independence by involvement in community life. KCSS will seek support from a wide variety of funding sources to support its mission and goals. |
