NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposals: • CUP2005-17: Applicant: Jonah Ministries, Representative: Jeff and Beki Duke, Landowner: Pearson Family Properties have requested a conditional use permit to construct and operate an ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) certified High Ropes Challenge Course on leased properties. The proposed property is approximately 2 acres within a 127 acre parcel, located within a portion of Section 23, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake vicinity). • CUP2005-18: Applicant: Georgia Unger and Joseph Villalabos requesting a conditional use permit to construct and operate a mini-store. The proposed site is Lot 4, SP95-11 within a portion of Section 1, T4N, R14E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (2280 Hwy 142 Hwy, Goldendale vicinity). • CUP2005-19: Applicant: Steve Anderson requesting a conditional use permit to install a 21’ diameter 10 kW wind generator on a 100’ guyed tower. The property is located within a portion of Section 11, T3N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
