Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on October 20, 2005, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2005-41: Applicant: William Hinkle requesting a variance to reduce the required right of way from 60 feet to 30 feet for a proposed short plat. The property is Lot 1 & 2 of Short Plat G-58, located within a portion of Section 20, T4N, R16E, W.M. (Goldendale vicinity). Applicant: William Hinkle After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., November 14, 2005. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
