Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on July 28, 2005, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal:
• SEP2005-27: Applicant: Todd Douthit (Crosscut Construction, Inc. proposing to rezone 3.84 acres from Suburban Residential to Suburban Residential with a Cluster Development overlay. The property is Lot 2, and the south 292.5 feet of Lot 1, Short Plat SPL2000-00018. Located within a portion of Section 24, T3N, R10E, W.M., off Loop Road in the White Salmon vicinity.
• SEP2005-28: Applicant: Todd Collins/Jacomijn Klinkenberg proposing to re-divide Lot 2 of Short Plat SP-99-53 into 4 lots. Located within a portion of Section 1 and 2, T4N, R10, W.M., off Highway 141 in the BZ Corner vicinity.
• SEP2005-29: Applicant: Todd Collins/Jacomijn Klinkenberg proposing to re-divide Lot 1 of Short Plat SP-99-53 into 4 lots. Located within a portion of Section 1 and 2, T4N, R10, W.M., off Highway 141 in the BZ Corner vicinity.
After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. August 19, 2005. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175.
