Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on January 27, 2005, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2005-02: Applicant: Eric Ihde, Steven Andersen, Representative requesting a zone change from Suburban Residential to Residential 3 and a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. The proposed rezone is located within a portion of Section 33, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Lot 27, Gorge View Estates, Phase 1, 579 Sunridge Ave, Dallesport, WA). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., February 18, 2005. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
