Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on May 27, 2005, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: „h SEP2005-22: Applicant: Dean Enterprises, Inc. (Robert Van Alstine, Representative) requesting rezone of 40 acres from Forest Resources (FR) to Rural Residential (RR2). The property is located within a portion of Section 22, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Jennings Road, Trout Lake). After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS¡¦s are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., June 17, 2005. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor¡¦s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
