NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER A PROPOSAL TO DECLARE CERTAIN COUNTY EQUIPMENT/PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND TO DISPOSE OF SAME The Board of County Commissioners, meeting in regular session, and having before it the need to declare certain county equipment and property as surplus and to consider proposal to dispose of same at a public auction by the County Treasurer. Pursuant to RCW 36.34.030 the Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing in the matter of the determination for declaring surplus certain county equipment and property and setting a date for disposal of same through a public sealed bid auction by the County Treasurer.
