V. (1:30): PUBLIC HEARINGS/PUBLIC MEETINGS/BID OPENINGS:
Bid Opening: Replacement Copier Lease
Public Meeting: Consider acceptance of alteration of Lot 4, SP-91-19, and Lots 20 & 21, Lots 25-32, and Lots 37-40, Block C, Plat of Dallesport; Boundary Line Adjustment: BLA2005-08; Applicant: William Maley.
Public Meeting: Consider acceptance of Lot 2 of Minor Subdivision, Short Plat No. SPL2005-18; Applicant: Eric Ihde.

VII. (2:00): CONSENT AGENDA:
1) Resolution scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 to consider supplemental appropriations and amendments to the 2005 Budget for various departments and funds in the amount of $865,196.
2) Resolution scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 to consider imposing a real estate excise tax option of up to one-half of one percent as defined in RCW 82.46.010(3). The funds provided by the real estate excise tax option may be used for the General Fund.
3) Amendment No. C to Contract No. E05-058 between the Washington State Military Department and Klickitat County providing financial assistance solely for expenses necessary to answer 911 calls originating in the county, including performing certain tasks and maintaining certain equipment necessary to operate Wireline Enhanced 911.
AND
Amendment No. C to Contract No. E05-059 between the Washington State Military Department and Klickitat County providing financial assistance solely for expenses necessary to answer 911 calls originating in the county including performing certain tasks and maintaining certain equipment necessary to operate Wireless Enhanced 911.
4) Service Agreement for Mid-Columbia Transportation Cooperative and Klickitat County (Senior Services) providing maintenance services for the buses housed at and operating out of White Salmon facilities.
5) Scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 to consider an appeal filed by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife of the Planning Commissions’ recommendation for approval of Shoreline Variance Application No. SH-2005-03. The applicant had submitted a Shoreline Variance, Critical Area Variance and a Reasonable Use Exception to construct a dwelling. The proposed site is located at 43 Indian Creek Road, within a portion of Section 30, Township 4 North, Range 11 east, W.M.
6) Monitoring agreement between Hire Electric Inc. and Klickitat County to provide monitoring services for the security alarm system in the Pioneer Center Building.
