III. APPROVAL OF COMMISSIONER MEETING MINUTES:
Approval of Commissioner Meeting minutes for December 28, 2004 as presented.
IV. CITIZEN COMMENTS:
COMMENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO SEVEN (7) MINUTES PER INDIVIDUAL.
V. (1:30): PUBLIC HEARINGS/PUBLIC MEETINGS/BID OPENINGS:
Public Meeting: Consider acceptance of road right-of-way dedication (Eyrie Road), SPL-2004-30; Applicant: Boyd Munson.
Public Hearing: Consider an appeal to the proposal to remove the “Community” designation from Lot 44, Timber Valley I Subdivision; Appellants: John Gerleman; Applicant: Susan Goulding.
VI. (2:00): MISCELLANEOUS REPORTS/COMMENTS:

VII. (2:15): CONSENT AGENDA:
1) Amendment No. 1 to the Legal Newspaper Agreement between The Goldendale Sentinel and Klickitat County reducing the contract term from three years to one year.
2) Scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 to consider an appeal to a condition regarding roads recommended by the Planning Commission for Preliminary Plat No. SUB2004-04; Applicant: William Shamboo; Appellant: Colleen Connolly.
3) Agreement between Klickitat County (Health Department) and Challenge Day to provide services, people and materials for (4) Challenge Days Programs to be held at the Glenwood School, Lyle Middle School, Columbia High School and the Goldendale High School.
4) Contract between Klickitat County (Health Department) and White Salmon Preschool / Educational School District 112 to provide substance abuse prevention services.
5) Contract between Klickitat County (Health Department) and Klickitat School District to provide substance abuse prevention services by implementation of the Klickitat After School Program.
6) Resolution in the matter of revising the departmental organizational chart in the Auditor’s Office increasing the hours of the part-time Office Assistant position to that of a full-time Administrative Assistant I at a Range 9 of the County pay plan.
7) Resolution in the matter of revising the departmental organizational chart in the Extension Office by increasing the hours of the Administrative Assistant I positions to 8 hours per day and increasing the Range of the Administrative Assistant I/Program Assistant position to range 10 all effective January 1, 2005.
8) Scheduling a public hearing to be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 to consider close-out of the White Salmon Valley School District Early Childhood Development Center CDBG Grant No. 02-64002-033.
