If you have previously been incarcerated in this facility you may not visit inmates for 45 days following your release.  Every visitor to the KCSO Jail must sign in and provide their name, birth date and the identity of the inmate they are visiting.  Visitors must be prepared to show valid government-issued identification (driver's license, passport, etc.).  Check-in for visiting begins 1/2 hour prior to the start of each session.  Visits last approximately 30 minutes, but are subject to change.  Visitors will be called in the order in which they checked in, whenever possible.

All persons entering the facility, including visitors, are subject to search and audio/video recording.
